What we collect
Account data comes first: your email address, your sign-in details and the name you give us. Order data follows. It covers the pages you link to, the donors you pick, your basket and the status of each placement.
Publishers add details about the sites they list, such as the domain, the price set and the approvals made. Payout records are kept for accounting.
We also log technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited. It helps us fix faults. It also helps us spot abuse. Browsing the public guides requires no account at all. Good.
Requests you send through your account are kept so we can answer you and recall earlier replies. Short, simple, and used for nothing else.
Why we use it
We use your data to deliver orders, take payment from your dashboard balance, issue invoices and proforma invoices, and send service messages about your orders. Those are the core reasons.
We also use it to protect the marketplace. Fraud checks, abuse reports and rate limits depend on logs.
We do not use your orders to build profiles for advertisers. We do not sell your information.
Sharing, storage and your rights
Service providers who host our systems or process payments see only what they need to do their job. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
We keep account and order records while your account is open and for as long as accounting law demands afterwards. Logs are kept only as long as faults and abuse checks need them.
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. Send the request from your account page, so we know it comes from the account holder.
Cookies keep you signed in and remember simple settings. Block them in your browser and parts of the account area may stop working.
Hosting matters here. Our systems may process data in countries other than yours. Where the law requires safeguards for that, we apply them. Ask us if you need details for your own compliance file.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Questions about any of it are welcome. Just ask through your account.
