You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us through your account page if you think someone else has used it.
Browsing is free. So is filling a basket. You are charged only when you pay the basket from your dashboard balance. Balance is topped up in the dashboard, and invoices and proforma invoices are available there.
Content comes in three modes: automatic from your target URL and keyword, your own instructions, or your own finished article. If you supply an article, you confirm that you hold the rights to it.
Most placements go live within about 24 hours of payment, though timing can vary. Each order shows its status under ordered links.
We do not promise rankings, traffic or any particular result from a link. Search engines decide what to do with a link, and their rules change.
Buying or selling links that pass ranking credit may conflict with a search engine's policies. You decide how to use your placements, and you accept the risk of that choice.
Publishers set their own price and approve each placement before it goes live. Payouts are made weekly. You confirm that you own or control the site you list and that you have the right to publish what you approve.
Do not list a site you cannot account for, and do not approve content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful. You are responsible for any labelling of sponsored content that the law requires on your own site.
No illegal content, malware, fraud or abuse of the service. We may refuse an order, remove a placement or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
You can close your account at any time. Questions about unused balance go through your account page. Obligations already incurred survive closure.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or search-engine actions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned.
We may update these terms and will post the new date. Using the service after a change means you accept it. Contact goes through your account page.
